Experience with National Debt Relief
I reached out to National Debt Relief and they were informed and patient with me and my situation. I am looking forward to reducing my debt (credit cards) very soon. The representative explained how I was not to pay creditors - that I must turn off all automatic payments & they would take from my private savings account to pay my credit cards.

I couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with than Joe. Definitely very knowledgeable. He was patient and caring and made certain we were on the same page and I understood every detail. When I reached out to National Debt Relief, I felt confident that they could assist me, which was why I decided to join the program. Enrolling was straightforward, and every interaction I had with them was pleasant. If I ever encountered an issue, they were always helpful. The program was a lifesaver for me. Being disabled and struggling with escalating debt was tough. Even when I wasn't using my cards, the debt increased. National Debt Relief helped me stabilize my financial situation. Over the roughly four years I was in the program, the representatives were always reachable. When necessary, like in about four instances, they allowed me some flexibility with payments, which I greatly appreciated. I would rate my experience a solid five stars as they were consistently supportive, and I would gladly recommend them to others.

My decision to go with National Debt Relief came after a rough experience with another company that ended up scamming me. I was desperate for help and reached out to National Debt Relief. They were incredibly supportive and patient, probably more so than I deserved. When I contacted them, they asked about my debts and set me up on a program. We communicated almost daily for a couple of weeks, and they explained everything clearly, including the payment plan they arranged for me. The plan was convenient, with payments taken directly from my account twice a month. Getting in touch with National Debt Relief was easy; there were never any difficulties reaching them. Thanks to them, I paid off my debt in about two years. I worked incredibly hard, and they supported me every step of the way.

Throughout the program, they kept me updated. I'd call them about once a month or whenever they texted me about updates or when something was paid off. They were always available when I needed them, and they responded promptly, which I appreciated. I'm happy to say that I have completed the program. They had initially estimated a longer timeline, but I managed to pay off everything sooner than expected. The program was excellent—they didn't pressure me, and their communication was prompt and respectful. I was so satisfied that I even recommended them to a friend. The experience significantly impacted my life by alleviating a huge financial burden. My aunt used National Debt Relief years ago when she was going through some debt issues and she told me about it. After talking to their representative, I felt comfortable choosing them. The service they provided was excellent. They managed to consolidate my debt, which I was paying high amounts for each month, into a single, affordable bill. Anytime I had questions or concerns, I could either use their portal, email, or speak to a representative over the phone. They were polite, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer my queries without hesitation. This program has been great for me. It helped me become disciplined, preventing me from using credit cards excessively. It allowed me to take control of my finances, helping me to get my credit back to where it used to be. I became more aware of my spending habits, and credit’s importance became evident to me. The program has had a tremendous impact on my life. I'm back on track with improving my credit score, and I’m more mindful of how I spend money. It took about four years, but being disciplined about my finances has been a crucial lesson. My biggest takeaway is being mindful of how I spend my money, and I’m thankful for the program helping me realize that.

The highlight of my experience with NDR was the excellent customer service; whenever there was something the rep didn't know, they found someone who did, which was reassuring. National Debt Relief helped me significantly by getting me out of a lot of credit card debt. Now that I have completed the program, I feel an overwhelming sense of relief from being debt-free. I used their online tool and was impressed with the improvements, rating both their service and online experience as a perfect five. Was not told this would affect our credit score
Seemed like there was a rush to complete the form. I hope this will clear up my credit score. I felt I had a good score and I hope by going through National Debit Relieft I don’t hurt my score very much. So it takes 6 months to correct score, is that correct?
