At 80 years old, a believer in God and circumstances you would not wish on your enemies- we always tried to pay our obligations. However, it does not matter how many of them you paid the circumstances of life beyond your control matters not. Pay or else and stand alone against the wolves, or give them a chance to explain their program. YES THE WOLVES WILL SAY- congrats we will help at-" 490% int and loan a pittance of what you need. Joann ** is the best!
Joann ** was smart, responsive, kind, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. She went out of her way to obtain each individual Annual Report when we were unable to get all three. In the end, we utilized Experian. Because I'm not very computer savvy, her Supervisor Tabitha had to jump in to help me. Both women were amazing and will continue to sing their praises.

Greats Thorough Experience
Very thorough and detailed process. Glad to see that the savings account is FDIC insured. My representative was great she was kind, considerate, caring and very understanding. I will definitely tell my friends to use this service. We went through every detail, it took about 50 minutes and she answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. Very transparent and up front about everything.

National Debt Relief primarily facilitated negotiations with my creditors, determining how much I should repay them. I would pay National Debt Relief a set monthly amount, and once a debt was settled, they would ensure payment was made on my behalf, effectively acting as a middleman.
The enrollment process included several phone calls where an agent covered the rules and regulations. They helped set up the necessary bank accounts and guided me through using their website.

National Debt Relief enrolled me in this program, where I pay so much a month and then with different people that I owed, they worked out the amount to be paid to pay it off. The enrollment process was very easy, and very easy to understand. Once the payment started coming out of my bank account, I didn't even think about it. Every now and then, I would get a notice that something was paid off. I paid off $26,000 and now I'm debt-free. It really, really helped me.

I was with another debt relief company. They took $10,000 as an enrollment fee. This company took a $10,000 enrollment fee from me and then essentially disappeared, refusing to respond to my inquiries. It went out of business, leaving me out of both time and money. The Federal Trade Commission got involved, resulting in a class-action lawsuit that took 2.5 years to resolve, from which I only received a $1,500 settlement. One additional blow from this ordeal was being sued by Chase after the previous company’s guidance left me missing payments.
With National Debt Relief, however, my experience was completely different. Their transparency impressed me. I could regularly check their website to see exactly where my payments were allocated, including which lawyer payments were made in connection with my Chase lawsuit. Everything was clearly documented and accessible 24/7. Whenever I had questions, their team was supportive and provided the answers I needed, which was comforting after my previous experiences.
Initially, the payment plans needed some adjustment, especially with Chase demanding nearly $2,000 per month, which was untenable along with my other obligations. After some negotiations led by National Debt Relief's lawyers, they managed to secure a plan that was much more reasonable for me. In hindsight, my initial choice left me in a financial quagmire, but opting for National Debt Relief finally provided the effective and responsible assistance I needed. I'd confidently recommend them to others going through similar financial difficulties.
